Issue the command vi /etc/proftpd.conf\r\n2. Add the following lines anywhere within the [Global] section:\r\nPassivePorts 49152 65534\r\n\r\n3. Save the file\r\n\r\nLog in to Parallels Plesk Panel as “admin”, go to Modules > Firewall, and click Edit Firewall Configuration.\r\n\r\nClick Add Custom Rule.\r\n\r\nSpecify the following:\r\n\r\n1. Rule name\r\n2. Direction: select Incoming.\r\n3. Action: select Allow.\r\n4. Ports: in the Add port input box, enter the value 49152-65534. Leave the TCP option selected, and click Add.\r\n5. Click OK.\r\n6. Click Activate, and then click Activate again.
